Sample Content for the Forgiveness Premium PLR Ebook:
Introduction
At first the title of this book may seem odd. What does forgiving have to do with being successful? As you will see in reading this book, it has a lot to do with it. As a matter of fact, it can be the deciding factor that stands between you achieving your goals and being successful, or stuck where you are at personally and professionally. Let’s look more at how the two are connected and why forgiving is a necessary part of success.
Harboring ill will towards someone that wronged you in the past is hindering your ability to experience the success that you want to see or achieve the goals you have set for yourself. Carrying around this burden is as mentally draining as it is physically. At the end of the day, you are both physically and emotionally exhausted, but you are not sure why.
The question you must ask yourself is why you continue to do this to yourself? While it may seem like if you forgive the person who wronged you, you are condoning what they did to you … but that is not the case. Actually, you are forgiving them so that you can move on with your life. It has nothing to do with them.
Keep in mind that when you forgive someone, you are not forgetting or excusing the offenses committed by them against you. While forgiving can help repair a damaged relationship – either personally or professionally, it doesn’t (and might not ever) obligate you to reconcile with the person who harmed you or release them from any legal accountability that might occur. But you must forgive them to move on with your life. Unbeknownst to you, that person has probably forgotten the encounter long ago and has moved on with their life and most likely does not really care if you have moved on or not.
Several times up to now, we have talked about forgiveness and forgiving. But before exploring more on with how to do that, let’s first look at a definition of true forgiveness.

Email #1 – Welcome to our ecourse on resentment
Hello and welcome to the series on why holding onto resentment is unhealthy. The lessons in this ecourse will explore these topics:
- What causes resentment?
- How to recognize resentment
- The negative consequences of resentment
- How to get rid of resentment
Before we go further, it is best to define the term resentment, so we are all working off the same definition. One source terms it as “bitter indignation at having been treated unfairly.”
If go to Wikipedia, their definition expands on it and says, “Resentment is a complex, multilayered emotion that has been described as a mixture of disappointment, anger, and fear. Resentment can be triggered by an emotionally disturbing experience felt again or relived in the mind and is a compound emotion elicited in the face of insult and/or injury.” With this definition, it is easy to see how for some people, resentment is not a flash-in-the-pan emotion exhibited once and forgotten. It is a sustained emotion that is strengthened each time the event is relived in their mind.
Many times resentment is derived from another emotion first exhibited – anger. Anger is a strong feeling of displeasure where resentment is persistent ill will against another person. For example, if someone is rude to us, it triggers us being angry with them. Once the anger subsides, it is over with and forgotten.
But if we hold onto that anger response, over time it turns into resentment. That is why it is important to forgive someone while still at the anger stage (although granted it is hard to do at this point), so that anger does not morph to the next stage which is resentment.
That wraps it up for this first lesson. In the next lesson, we will talk about some of the causes of resentment. Be sure to read that one.

How to Empathize with People Who Have Hurt You
When somebody has hurt you, it can start to feel almost impossible to have any sort of positive feelings towards them. Feeling empathy for them may seem like something you just cannot bring yourself to do, and that’s a perfectly normal way to feel. However, feeling angry and bitter and failing to understand anything from their point of view can end up making you feel even more negative than you may already feel.
Take your time
Don’t feel like you need to forgive and empathize with people who have hurt you straight away. It’s normal to feel angry, bitter, upset, hurt and betrayed after a negative incident. Giving yourself the time to come to terms with what has happened is the first and most important step towards finding it possible to empathize with those who have hurt you.
You are likely to find that empathizing with those who have hurt you is a phased process. You won’t wake up one morning to find that suddenly you feel differently. It’s a process which takes time, and you might feel like it’s possible one day and then impossible the next. Acknowledge that it takes time and give yourself the space to adjust.
Try to connect with the person who has hurt you
This isn’t likely to be something you really want to do, but it can help you to feel more empathy towards them. As humans, most of us can connect on some level. You don’t have to suddenly love them or become their best friend, but there are likely to be things you have in common or connect over. Even if you’re not talking to them, you can try to find something which connects you to the other person.
Acknowledge your own flaws
By acknowledging and understanding your own faults and flaws, you may find it easier to empathize with those who have hurt you in the past. Empathy comes from a shared understanding of somebody else, and by reflecting on your own mistakes in a positive way, you may find yourself feeling more able to empathize with others.
Not everyone is perfect
Disappointment and sadness can often come from a place of high expectations. When we expect a lot from other people, it can be difficult to deal with the situation when they disappoint us or do something to hurt us. Once somebody has hurt you, there’s no going back and undoing the situation, but you can try to remember that nobody is perfect and everyone makes mistakes.

Subject: Increase your self-belief with positive affirmations
Dear [Name],
Positive affirmations to increase your self-belief can help in ways that you may not realize at first. It might seem silly to you right now to repeat things to yourself that you don’t believe at all. But, studies have proved that positive affirmations do help people feel better and more positive, and makes them believe in themselves more.
Take these ideas, print them out, and cut them into strips. One affirmation on each strip. Then every time you feel bad about yourself, take them out. Or, if you don’t have a printer, cut the paper into eight strips then write down one thing on each strip of paper.
Eight Positive Affirmations to Increase Your Self-Belief
- Name One Thing You Succeed At – So for example, if you got out of bed today, that might be an achievement for you. If you graduated school, or got a good job, or are a good mom, write that down. If you feel good about it and it feels like an achievement, write it down.
- Tell Yourself You’re a Good Person – Whatever that means to you, being a good person is important. It’s important to tell yourself that you’re a good person every single day. Write down “I am a good person” on one slip of paper.
- What Do You Want to Be Good At? – There is probably something you really want to do well, maybe more than one. You can always write down more than one. For example, if you want to lose weight and get healthy, write down, “I am healthy and eat right.”
- Want to Be More Focused? – Write down the words, “I am focused on the important things in my life.” Put that slip of paper in there and as you do, say this to yourself now. It’s super-important to know that you can and do focus more on what’s important than what’s not.
- Do You Dislike Your Looks? – Even if you dislike your looks, there is likely one thing you do like about them. Write that down. “I look smart and professional today” might be more important to you than “I look sexy today” or “I look beautiful today”. Nothing is right or wrong here, but write down something positive about your looks as if it is true (if you want it to be true).
- How Do Others See You? – Write down something positive about what others observe about you. You may need to ask some friends about that. Ask them to tell you one positive trait that you possess. Write that down on a slip of paper. Perhaps it’s your kindness, or your success, or your parenting skills, or something else. Your friends may surprise you with what they come up with.
- Self-Belief – Even if you do not currently believe in yourself that much, stating that you do is a good way to ensure that it happens. “I believe in my abilities to ______ completely.” Fill in the blank with something you do believe in, and something you don’t believe yet but desire.
Write down as many positive affirmations as you can. Anything that you know you need to tell yourself is important. Each time you’re feeling down on yourself, take out your jar of affirmations, look in the mirror and read one to yourself. Repeat it while looking right into your own eyes and feel the truth of the statement.
What is imposter syndrome? It’s more common than you think, and it’s linked to a lack of self-belief. We’ll talk about it in the next email.

Building a Positive Relationship with Your Teen PLR Email Sample:
Email 5 – Channeling teen rebellion positively
Hi [ FIRST NAME ],
Teens want to prove things to you as well as to their peers. The only way to do that is by taking on more mature responsibilities, which show they are trustworthy, competent, and make good choices in various situations. Privileges come with responsibilities.
If your teen is in a hurry to grow up, give them more challenging chores that are age-appropriate. Pay them for some jobs Let them decide whether to spend or save their money. Don’t just hand them cash whenever they ask. Step into the role of employer.
Teens are old enough to share in household issues like budgeting and contributing to more and more chores. Yes, it is true they have schoolwork and friends they want to hang out with. However, if they want to become more independent, they need to take on more family related responsibilities gradually to gain their freedom.
If they want to go on the school ski trip, for example, work out a plan with them as to how they can earn the money to go. You know your teen best. What will give them an incentive to try? You may not like the idea of them going on the trip, but they are much more likely to take it seriously and stay safe if they have worked to get there, than teens who get whatever they ask for from their parents, and take all they have for granted.
Yes, it is scary to think of them going on a trip with all their peers overnight. It is only natural to worry about what they might do. Make sure you know which teachers are going, and which parents are accompanying them. If you are able, you might even volunteer to be one of the supervisors yourself.
We all remember the ‘cool’ mom or dad who was firm but fair. They made you feel grown up and good about yourself. Maybe you can be that cool parent.
Until next time,

Building Confidence When Facing Divorce PLR Report – 3410 words
This report is available in Word Doc format and includes a PLR license.
Building Confidence When Facing Divorce PLR Report Sample Content:
Divorce Affects Confidence – Even If You Are the Person Leaving
One of the most difficult parts of moving on after a divorce is to figure out who you are without the other person. This feeling of uncertainty is natural because no matter the length of time of your marriage, a piece of your life and personality was conditioned to be a certain way with that person.
Divorce has its challenges and keeping your confidence intact during this process is certainly one of them. You are learning to be single again, and adapting to life without your partner can shatter your self-esteem. For this and other reasons, even if you are the person initiating a divorce and leaving the other person, your confidence could be affected.
Divorce makes us question and wonder who we are. We have to take a good hard look at our lives and what positions we play in life. This is especially true if you were the type of spouse who deeply rooted your identity in your marriage and took a great deal of pride in it. Some people are dependent on this identity and pride themselves on being a spouse.
It’s perfectly natural to be co-dependent, especially in a marriage. Unfortunately, too much co-dependency could make it harder to let go during a divorce.
Divorce can also shatter confidence because of the manner in which the divorce is being carried out. Depending on the circumstances, it may not be so easy to let go. If the divorce wasn’t a mutual or amicable decision, this could lead to one person holding on more than the other and subsequently feeling low in confidence.
While you will grieve the loss of the future that you once hoped for, stay encouraged that things will eventually get better. It is important to remind yourself that you still have a life and a future outside of divorce. It doesn’t have to become your identity and drain you of your confidence. Be reassured by the fact that fresh hopes and dreams will eventually replace your old ones.
The Mind-Body Connection PLR Report – 2223 words
This report is available in Word Doc format and includes a PLR license.
The Mind-Body Connection PLR Report Sample Content:
What Is The Mind Body Connection?
The mind body connection is the impact of your mindset, thoughts, and reactions to your environment and the effect it has on your health.
For example, if you are stuck in traffic and late for an appointment, you may begin to feel rushed, irritated, and angry. Later in the day you may find that you’re completely exhausted. If this type of experience occurs on a chronic basis your immune system will suffer, you may gain weight, sleep poorly, and feel like you’re on a roller coaster of emotions.
Another example, a positive example, of the mind body connection are therapy animals. Petting a dog releases oxytocin into the bloodstream. This is a hormone that makes you feel calm and relaxed. When oxytocin is coursing through your body you’re better able to manage both physical and emotional stress. Patients in the hospital who participate in pet therapy experience faster recovery times. Simply petting a dog can boost your mood and improve your health.
Acceptance into Western Medicine
Today most doctors are aware of the effects that stress has on health. They know that stress is the leading cause of disease and death. Doctors, nurses, and medical researchers also know that lifestyle changes can make a huge difference in the health of their patients and have begun recommending various approaches to their patients.
The simple fact that many hospitals and long term care facilities have pet therapy programs goes to show how far medicine has come in the past few decades. There’s a term for the mind body connection in practice – it’s called Mind Body Medicine and according to the National Institute of Health, “it focuses on treatments that may promote health, including relaxation, hypnosis, visual imagery, meditation, yoga, and biofeedback.” (Source: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/magazine/issues/winter08/articles/winter08pg4.html)
In an upcoming section we’ll take a look at some of those treatments in detail. First, we explore how emotions affect your health and the role stress plays in your life.
